As a qualified Aromatherapist & Reiki Master/Teacher I understand fully the benefits of complementary therapies in  helping to restore the balance in our often too busy lives. I believe we need to make time for ourselves and surround ourselves with things which enhance and promote our 'well-being'. I have therefore developed a range of aromatherapy products, containing pure essential oils or absolutes, which are designed to do exactly that.

I offer Reiki and Indian Head Massage treatments, and deliver Reiki I & II courses and Aromatherapy workshops. Details of these can be found on the relevant pages.
