Reiki  - £40 per hour

Reiki works on the principle that we each have 7 main energy centres in our body (known as chakras). When there is an imbalance of energy we become unwell. The reiki healer places their hands either on or above each of the chakras and channels energy to address the imbalance.

Indian Head Massage  - £25 (1/2 hour massage)

We hold a great deal of tension in our head, neck and shoulders, thus causing headaches, sinus problems etc. All three areas are manipulated using a variety of massage techniques.
